Romina Pedreschi<\/strong>, junto a la estudiante del Doctorado en Ciencias Agroalimentarias,&nbsp;<strong>Camila Arancibia<\/strong>, participaron como autoras en el&nbsp;<strong>Bolet\u00edn N\u00b0510 del Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (INIA)<\/strong>, titulado&nbsp;<em>\u201cCalidad global de palta \u00b4Hass: bases para responder a los desaf\u00edos en manejo de postcosecha\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambas contribuyeron en el&nbsp;<strong>Cap\u00edtulo 6: Des\u00f3rdenes Fisiol\u00f3gicos Emergentes<\/strong>, el cual aborda los principales problemas que afectan a la fruta en la etapa postcosecha y entrega orientaciones para enfrentarlos desde la investigaci\u00f3n y la pr\u00e1ctica productiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El bolet\u00edn de INIA constituye una de las principales fuentes de difusi\u00f3n de conocimiento t\u00e9cnico para el sector agr\u00edcola nacional, orientado a entregar herramientas concretas a&nbsp;<strong>agricultores, productores, exportadores, acad\u00e9micos y profesionales de la cadena de valor de la palta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Chile, la&nbsp;<strong>palta Hass<\/strong>&nbsp;se ha consolidado como un producto estrat\u00e9gico tanto en el consumo local como en las exportaciones, siendo reconocida internacionalmente por su calidad.
