de la gesti\u00f3n de los procesos del ciclo operativo de la empresa, con una visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que contempla:<br \/>\u2022 Comprender el trabajo directivo del profesional en el \u00e1mbito del control y de la gesti\u00f3n.<br \/>\u2022 Entender los problemas de estructura y funcionamiento de las organizaciones.<br \/>\u2022 Aplicar herramientas y metodolog\u00edas relacionadas con la evaluaci\u00f3n y control de la gesti\u00f3n de distintas \u00e1reas funcionales de la organizaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/><strong>Menci\u00f3n Finanzas y Contabilidad<\/strong><br \/>El programa est\u00e1 orientado a formar profesionales en la evaluaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n financiera de corto y largo plazo, con \u00e9nfasis en la evaluaci\u00f3n financiera y en la valorizaci\u00f3n de empresas; en las estrategias de cobertura de riesgos; y el funcionamiento de los mercados de capitales nacionales e internacionales. Adem\u00e1s, contempla la formaci\u00f3n en materias de Normas Internacionales de Informaci\u00f3n Financiera (IFRS), como base para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los estados financieros e incorporaci\u00f3n de hechos econ\u00f3micos que implican riesgo. Adicionalmente, se proporcionan las herramientas para fortalecer las competencias necesarias para hacer frente a los cambios tecnol\u00f3gicos y desaf\u00edos del mercado profesional, y se integra transversalmente la visi\u00f3n de sostenibilidad en el desarrollo del plan de estudios.<br \/><br \/><strong>Menci\u00f3n Tributaci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong><br \/>El programa est\u00e1 orientado a formar profesionales con capacidad para generar s\u00f3lidos argumentos en el \u00e1mbito de la tributaci\u00f3n para desempe\u00f1ar, con rigor, cargos de alta responsabilidad en la empresa, tanto p\u00fablica como privada.
